Requirements:

• Prior construction experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Basic understanding of tools and measurements is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation
